Shipping Zones and Delivery Areas
BlinkBasket Marketplace delivers throughout Nepal. If your location is outside our usual delivery areas, please contact our customer support team, and we will try our best to assist you.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your shipping address and the total weight of your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Pay in cash when your order is delivered.

  • No extra COD fee is charged, no matter the order value.

  • Only Nepalese Rupees (NPR) are accepted for COD.

  • Card, cheque, or other non-cash payments are not accepted for COD, though our delivery partner may accept QR payments.

  • COD is ideal for customers without a card or who prefer not to pay online.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • After placing an order via app or website, you will get notifications at every stage: order placed, packed, shipped, and delivered. Make sure notifications are ON to stay updated.

  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery within 24–48 hours (subject to product availability).

  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery within 24–72 hours (subject to product availability).

  • If an item must come from another store or supplier, delivery may take longer. Our customer service will inform you about any delays.

  • For partial shipments, any unfulfilled items will be refunded using your original payment method if payment has already been made.

International Delivery
Currently, we do not deliver outside Nepal.
