How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp/Viber with your order details and the reason for your refund request.

  2. Our team will review your request and inspect the item if necessary.

  3. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

  4. We can refund the amount to your original payment method or to your BlinkBasket Wallet/points.

  5. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may ask for your bank or wallet details to issue the refund.
